For Someone Special

Sometimes words cannot express how lucky we are to have certain people in our life. I made this birthday card for one of my best friend's Mom. This LOTV image looks just like her granddaughter. Although to be truly accurate, I should have coloured her wearing leggings under her skirt.

I'm entering this card in the Lots of Layers challenge at Paper Sundaes.

Hope that you're having a great week! :)

Supplies used:
Stamps: LOTV Dandelion Clock and sentiment
Paper: Bo Bunny Sweet Tooth 6x6 paper pad and cardstock, Bella Bestest white
Nestabilities, Memento Tuxedo Black ink, Copics, glitter platinum Bella dots, DecoArt Glamour Dust, American Crafts Crocheted Lace Ribbon

Happy Birthday Henry!!!

After seeing his sister's dinosaur card, my Godson requested a card that wobbled too. The robot and gears are from the Robotz cartridge. I'm really thinking of getting a Gypsy after all the cuts needed for this robot. The robot is attached with an Action Wobble. I used Bo Bunny and Bazzill cardstocks. The patterned paper is from My Mind's Eye True Blue 6x6 paper pad . . . he loves numbers and math like his Auntie Caroline!!! :) I used the Tim Holtz Alterations Steampunk embossing folder. I sanded the embossed cardstock and gears and then sponged them with antique linen Distress Ink. I used CTMH brads. The sentiment is LOTV and stamped with rich cocoa Memento ink. The ribbon is from Stampin' Up.

He loved the card, but not as much as the Hogwarts Lego set!!! :)

Happy Father's Day

I had a lot of fun colouring this LOTV image! The mice are so cute!!! :) My Dad loves to bake, so this was the perfect Father's Day card.

I used Stampin' Up kraft, Doodlebug Petite Prints and Bo Bunny cardstocks. The ribbon is Bo Bunny. I coloured the image with copics and used white fun flock for the flour to add dimension. The border punch is EK Success. The LOTV sentiment was framed using Eyelet Circles Nestabilities.

Copics Used: B24, B26, B91, E34, E35, E40, E41, E42, E50, N2, N3, RV10, Y17

Hope that everybody is enjoying a beautiful Sunday!!! :)

Dino-mite Birthday!

I made this card for my Goddaughter who turned 7 on Friday. She loves dinosaurs!!! This card is inspired by Lee-Ann. I used my Cricut, Action Wobbles, pop dots, a punny stamp and NO COPICS!!! LOL :)

The dinosaur is from the Create a Critter cartridge and is attached with an Action Wobble. I used the Punny-licious stamp set by My Pink Stamper for the sentiment. The papers are from My Mind's Eye Happy Go Lucky and Bo Bunny double dot. I used the coordinating Bo Bunny ribbon.

I entered this birthday card in the birthday theme challenge at My Pink Stamper.

We had a wonderful afternoon with chinese food, fruit, cookies and birthday cake. Then we played several rounds of Ninjago Lego spinners!!! :)

Happy Birthday Mum!!!

I'm loving my LOTV stamps. As you'll see soon, I've been using their circular sentiment stamps on all of my cards lately. We're originally from Scotland, and my Mum loves getting cards with "Mum" instead of "Mom", so this cute little bear stamp was a must have!

I learned an important lesson while making this card . . . never put an image with Glossy Accents through a Big Kick. The paper, copics, nestabilities, punches and Bella bling are from DAT'S Scrapbooking . . . details to follow. :)

I'm entering this card in the LOTV "Anything Goes" Challenge and Paper Sundaes "Girly Girl" Challenge.

Hope that you're having a good day! :)

Happy Birthday Christopher!!!

I made this card for my Brother-in-law's birthday. I stamped this adorable hÄnglar & stÄnglar image using rich cocoa Memento ink on Bella's Bestest cream paper and coloured the image with copics. I am entering this card in Copic Creations cool copic colours challenge and Little Claire's anything goes challenge.

Hope that you enjoy your Sunday!!! :)
